The Events Assistant Fellow will work with the Managing Director to coordinate logistics for multiple Price Lab events throughout the year. This opportunity is open to graduate students studying the humanities at the University of Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will be able to begin working in mid-summer 2025 and continue for a full year through mid-summer 2026. The fellow will need to commit an average of 10 hours per week to various task. Many, though not all, tasks can be done remotely and the fellow will have the ability to set their weekly schedule. Note that some weeks will be significantly less busy while weeks where there is an event may be significantly busier.

Tasks may include corrdinating travel with guests, confirming meeting room reservations, ordering catering, and running errands.

The fellow will receive $6,500 total in equal monthly installments.
