Dorothy Berry is a Digital Curator at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture and she is a leading voice in Black Digital Huminites and Black Cultural Heritage. Her talk will address the intersection of Africana Studies and DH as well as questions of archiving and public accessibility, the intersections between public/community space and DH, and the need for an ethics of care.
