Graduate Student Working Group in Digital Humanities
Graduate Student Working Group in Digital Humanities
The Working Group in Digital Humanities is an interdisciplinary group of Graduate Students from across the University of Pennsylvania who are interested in exploring the critical use of technology for humanistic scholarship. The Working Group is student led and facilitated by the Price Lab for Digital Humanities. It meets every other week in the Humanities Conference Room, 6th Floor Williams Hall, 255 South 36th Street (see event calendar for information about upcoming meetings). The meetings typically pair readings with discussions of digital projects. The group may also spin off smaller clusters of students who want to work on a collaborative digital project or learn a new tool. The goal of the Working Group is to help students imagine generative uses of technology in their work and to sustain a community of curious young scholars.
Working Group Conveners:
- Leah Barlow, Africana Studies
- Petra Creamer, Art and Archaeology of the Mediterranean World
- Kerry McAuliffe, English Department
