Andrew Bornn is a sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. As a Price Lab Fellow, he is working with Dr. English to build an interactive GIS-based mapping tool connecting Philadelphia residents with legal services across the city, drawing on over 1,000 processed records spanning 47 organizations and 25 categories of legal assistance. Alongside the technical build, Andrew has focused on direct outreach to the organizations represented in the tool, working to ensure the platform reflects how legal aid providers describe their own services and reach the communities they serve.
